We permit, deliver and protect the ground
We pull the DPW right-of-way permit if the box goes on the street, then plank under the container on every delivery so it sits level and your driveway is protected. No charge, and you don't have to ask.
Fill it, we haul it away
Load level with the rim. Call when you're done. Every load leaves tarped and secured, as Massachusetts law requires, for the haul to a licensed C&D processing facility.

Two things we do differently
The city and state rules are why you need a container. The City's Recycling Drop-Off Center is residents-only, bars commercial vehicles, and won't take construction and demolition materials - lumber, tile, concrete, windows. And Massachusetts bans asphalt, brick, concrete, metal, wood, mattresses, textiles and yard waste from disposal. So a real project's debris goes to a licensed C&D processing facility - and as a local crew we know the compliant routing and pull the DPW permit when the box has to sit on the street.
Some things stay out of the box. Household hazardous waste - paint, motor oil, solvents, batteries - is prohibited, and under the Massachusetts bans mattresses and textiles cannot go in either. Those route to a recycler or one of the City's hazardous-waste events, not the container. We flag it early.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Framingham?

It depends far more on the material than the volume. Dense debris such as tile, old plaster, concrete and the New England hardpan reaches a weight limit before it fills the container, so a smaller box filled properly is usually cheaper. Bulky, light material such as furniture and framing suits the larger sizes. Tell us the project.
What can't go in the dumpster?
Household hazardous waste - paint, solvents, motor oil, batteries - is prohibited. Under the Massachusetts bans, mattresses and textiles must go to a recycler, not the container, and electronics to a drop-off. Everything else from a normal project goes in the box.
Do you handle roof tear-offs?
Constantly - it's a big part of the work here after New England winters. We size the container to the shingle weight and get it out fast, since half of MetroWest re-roofs at once in spring. Tell us the squares and layers and we'll size it right.
Will the container damage my driveway?
We plank under the rollers and rails on every delivery, at no charge, to spread the weight and protect the surface - which matters on the older, frost-heaved driveways common across MetroWest.
